The office 51°7 project is an office building with 3,000 m² of rental space and around 70 parking spaces. Our customer makes modern space and the technical infrastructure available to its tenants in order to be able to implement flexible workplace concepts. Our architectural visualization are intended to present the future location of the building in the heart of the Ruhr area in an attractive way.
