Frequently asked questions

What is an average timeline for delivering a project?

Delivery time may vary depending on a project complexity, but an average timeline is usually about 8-12 business days (2-3 days for clay models, 6-7 days for the 1st preview).

What’s the price?

Pricing depends on the project complexity and selected quality option. We keep the pricing at a reasonable level along with highly photorealistic rendering quality, thus offering one of the best price/quality ratios on the market. Please contact us to request a quote for your particular project

What levels of quality do you offer?

Currently we offer Standard and High-End quality options. The Standard quality is sufficient in most cases, for regular tasks, while the High-End is intended for the most expensive luxurious projects when an ultimate level of quality is needed. You can find a visual comparison here

How many projects can you do simultaneously?

We have a large team of experienced 3D artists so our capacity is not limited and we can work on multiple projects at the same time.

How do you keep the quality at the appropriate level?

Our team consists of skilled 3D artists with an average experience of 10+ years that have an architectural or design background. Further quality is ensured by a multistage quality assurance procedure including check by the art directors at the last stage.

What deliverables do I get?

The deliverables usually depend on the services ordered. In case of static renderings or 3D video animation the deliverables include images (resolution – 5K pixels, formats – .jpg, .tiff) and video files (resolution – full HD, formats – .mov, .avi) respectively.

How many free revisions/corrections do you offer?

Our 3D rendering workflow includes 3 free revision rounds – 1) Clay/white models 2) First  preview 3) Second preview. Additional revisions can be added for some extra fee.

Should I pay extra for models, like furniture?

We’ve got a vast stock library of models that can be added free of charge. In the event custom modeling is needed it will cost extra with a price depending on the complexity of a model.

What do you need to start?

Here is everything (ideally) that we need for a proper start:

  • Current architectural drawings, e.g. floor plans, elevations, sections and site plan in PDF and DWG format.
  • If available, a 3D model ideally in MAX or FBX format (or dxf, obj, 3ds).
  • If available, specifications on the materials/textures of the walls, floor, doors and windows, baseboards, etc. or mood images as examples of the style of the interior design.
  • Mood board for style and furniture.
  • If available, the reference images of the lighting mood (morning, day, evening).
  • Other details that you think are important for the rendering.

What factors affect the cost of a 3D rendering project?

The following factors usually affect the cost of the project most of all – quality option selected (Standard/High-End) and overall complexity, i.e. size of a scene, level of details and landscape, extra objects/buildings in 3D, complexity of lighting, quality of materials etc.

Can 3D visualization be used for marketing and advertising?

3D visualization is widely used in marketing and advertising to create realistic visuals, showcase products, and design engaging content for campaigns. It helps attract and impress customers thus making promotion more efficient.

How can 3D rendering improve architectural design and visualization?

3D rendering enhances architectural design by creating true to life, detailed visualizations. It helps communicate ideas, spot design flaws, and make informed decisions before construction begins.

What are the advantages of using 3D renderings for product visualization?

3D renderings offer detailed views, allow customization, showcase products before manufacturing, and reduce the need for physical prototypes—making them cost-effective and versatile for product visualization.

How do 3D renderings help in planning and zoning approvals?

3D renderings help to depict the design’s impact on the surroundings, helping planners and officials better understand the project, which can streamline planning and zoning approvals.
